At www.e-lady.co.uk we take security of payment card data extremely seriously. This is why all of our online payments are handled by PayPal. ELADY LTD accepts Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron & Visa Delta. You can also make a payment using PayPal Express Checkout.

Once you enter the 'Checkout' area of our website your information is encrypted using SSL (secure socket layer). www.e-lady.co.uk does not handle any credit card information, your payment details are encrypted and sent directly from your browser to PayPal.

Please note our company name "E-L"will appear on your card statement.

Please do not send cheques to us in relation to an order or exchange. Please contact us first for advice.

Currency Information

All transactions on the site are carried out in Sterling (GBP). If your local currency is something other than Sterling your bank will convert the amount to your local currency at a rate specified by them at the time the transaction is made. ELADY LTD have no control over the exchange rates used by your bank. Prices in Euro (EUR) and American Dollars (USD) are guide prices using current exchange rate. When you proceed to payment at the end of checkout then the price will be shown in UK Pounds Sterling (£) again. The actual Euro price you pay will depend on the exchange rate applied by your Credit or Debit card provider. Prices in your order history and on your invoice and packing slips will be shown in UK Pounds Sterling (£).

Security by

Your order and payment details are fully secure and encrypted from the address details page right through to the card payment page using the latest 128 to 256 bit encryption based on the Comdo product.

The simple check when shopping online, is to make sure that any pages that are secure have a web address that begins with "https://" rather than "http://". The extra "s" means that the page is secure and encrypted. The secure pages include My Account pages, all the check out pages and the final confirmation page.
