Pleaser footwear is on pre-order only. They take 7-14 working days to delivery within the UK and 14-21 working days for international orders.
We will notify you by email when your goods are dispatched.
Where the order or dispatch day falls on a UK public holiday it will be processed on the next working day.
We may split your order into more than one delivery but you will be charged only for one delivery.
If your item is not in stock and we are awaiting a delivery from our suppliers, you will be notified of the approximate delivery timescale and given the option to wait for the product, request a different item or cancel your order.
Discretion and Delivery
Your privacy is our top priority. All our items are packed professionally and shipped discreetly in gray postal boxes or bubble envelopes, which protects the goods from damaging. Each package is also protected with a safe tape.
All packages will require a signature as proof of delivery.
Please note that for delivery purposes, our return address as a E-LADY LTD will be shown by the postage label which will enable you to identify the package.
