30 Days Returns & Exchange!
We are confident that You will be satisifed with shopping at e-lady.co.uk. However, in the unlikely event that You are not 100% happy with your goods we offer no-quibble return policy a fantastic, 30 days returns policy. This 30 days period starts from the date of purchase.
Please be sure that items you return to us are in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. The goods must be undamaged and unsoiled. Please let us know the reason for return.
To return goods within the 30-day period, prior to sending any goods back, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us on 0845 519 3634.
Please contact us prior to sending returns to specify the reason for return or exchange and to discuss whether the item is eligible for return.
Remember: Lingerie has to be ALWAYS tried on over your own underwear!
We reserve the right to refuse the return of items where we believe that this instruction has not been followed.
Due to hygiene and security reasons, certain items can’t be returned unless faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality. All goods will be inspected on return. The following items are non returnable unless in their original packaging and unused:
Please note that returns of hosiery can not be accepted if the pack has been opened.
Returns are the responsibility of the customer, so we recommend all goods are returned via traceable means (eg Recorded Delivery). ELADY LTD will not be held responsible for items that get lost in the post.
For faulty items ELADY LTD will refund the postage. For wrong sizes and non-faulty/unwanted items postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you requested a refund, any amount due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. Refund may take up to 30 days to appear on the card statement.
You can cancel an order any time before the good are dispatched. Simply contact us and we will cancel the order and issue a refund.
If you choose to cancel your order once payment has been made you must inform us within 7 days of receipt of goods and MUST return the goods.
You must then post the garment/s back to us at the following address within 14 days of delivery. For the sake of clarity we take the delivery date to be the date recorded by Royal Mail tracking. You can view this using the tracking information we send with your order delivery details. If you fail to return the goods, we may also charge you for the costs of recovering the goods.
It is your responsibility to ensure goods are returned in the same condition they were sold and proof of postage is not deemed proof of delivery. We recommend using a tracked service.
