Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Your privacy is our top priority. All our items are packed professionally and shipped discreetly in gray postal boxes or bubble envelopes, which protects the goods from damaging. Each package is also protected with a safe tape.
What are the shipping costs and options?
UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days FREE on all orders.
UK First Class Delivery: 1-3 working days – £3.99 (Free on orders over £50.00)
UK Express Delivery: Order by 1pm for next day delivery – £7.99 (Free on orders over £100.00)

What is Your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will exchange the item for a different size / colour / option, or if you would prefer we can issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge).

How do I shop at E-Lady?
1. Online
Shopping online at E-Lady is quick and easy. Browse the shop by either navigating through the site’s categories or by using the search bar at the top of the site. Move the mouse cursor over the product pictures to zoom in to see more details. You can also choose different picture if available.
Once You found something You like select colour and size You want and click “add to cart” – it’s a big bright red button so You can’t miss it. The item will be added to Your shopping cart in the right top corner of the screen. The total cost of items in the cart will be calculated automatically. Remember that all prices include VAT and that delivery to the UK mainland is free on all orders.
You can edit Your shopping cart by clicking “view cart”.
When you have finished shopping, click the ‘Checkout’ link and you will be taken through the simple and secure payment process.
You can place an order online and pay by credit card, debit card or PayPal.
Your personal details are kept secure at all times and are not shared with any other companies.

Is it safe to shop at E-Lady?
At E-Lady we take security of payment card data extremely seriously. This is why all of our online payments are handled by PayPal and Global Paymens. ELADY LTD accepts Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron & Visa Delta. You can also make a payment using PayPal Express Checkout.
Once you enter the ‘Checkout’ area of our website your information is encrypted using SSL (secure socket layer). www.e-lady.co.uk does not handle any credit card information, your payment details are encrypted and sent directly from your browser to PayPal.
Your order and payment details are fully secure and encrypted from the address details page right through to the card payment page using the latest 128 to 256 bit encryption based on the Comodo product.
The simple check when shopping online, is to make sure that any pages that are secure have a web address that begins with “https://” rather than “http://”. The extra “s” means that the page is secure and encrypted. The secure pages include My Account pages, all the check out pages and the final confirmation page.

What are the payment methods?
E-Lady accepts Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron & Visa Delta. You can also make a payment using PayPal Express Checkout.
All transactions on the site are carried out in Sterling (GBP). If your local currency is something other than Sterling your bank will convert the amount to your local currency at a rate specified by them at the time the transaction is made. ELADY LTD have no control over the exchange rates used by your bank. Prices in Euro (EUR) and American Dollars (USD) are guide prices using current exchange rate. When you proceed to payment at the end of checkout then the price will be shown in UK Pounds Sterling (£) again. The actual Euro price you pay will depend on the exchange rate applied by your Credit or Debit card provider. Prices in your order history and on your invoice and packing slips will be shown in UK Pounds Sterling (£).

Do I need to have an account to shop?
No. You don’t have to have an account to shop at E-Lady. You can place orders without creating an account. Simply choose “checkout as a guest” at the first step of the secure checkout and follow further instructions.
But remember that by creating an account with E-Lady, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more. You will also to get exclusive special offers and access to invitation-only events and content.

How do I apply Discount Code?
Enter your discount code by navigating to your shopping bag in the top right of the website. Then type or paste your code into the “Discount Codes?” field and click ‘apply coupon’. The discount will then automatically be deducted.
