How to buy?
If you decided to buy the item you have to select first colour then size and press "add to bag" button.

How to place the order?
If you are ready to place your order just go to your basket and cklick "checkout". Then go follow the instructions. At the end of checkout procedure you will be transfered to secured PayPal web site where you will make a payment for your order. After your order is paid you will receive e-mail informed you about your order. You will be asked to confirm you order. Without confirmation your order can not be proceed. To confirm you order just click link attached in e-mail from us.

How can I open an account?
To create an account click "My account" in the right top corner. Then click "I would like to set up an account". Next put your details in the form an click "create account". You have to put your correct e-mail address. After that you can place orders any time without putting your details again in the forms, they will be already there. Opening an account let you benefit from our promotions and discounts which we offer to our registered customers only. It gives you possibility to receive newsletters informed about new products, services and special offers.

Can I buy without registration?
Yes, you can. Just choose Quick shopping during checkout procedure. Then your all data will be automaticlly deleted from the system once the order is completed. But remember registered customers get special offers and place orders easier and faster then unregistered customers. They can get informations about news and promotions in our shop. Registration is FREE ant takes 1 minute. You don't lose anything but you can get a lot.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by most major credit and debit cards in UK: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron, American Express, Switch. On the end of checkout procedure you will be transfered to secured PayPal web site where you can choose payment method. You don't need to have a PayPal account to make a payment.
If you have a PayPal account you can use PayPal balance as well. To pay by PayPal account use our e-mail: elady@e-lady.co.uk or ask us for Money Request or Invoice.
You are unable to pay via cheque or any method other than show above.

When will my order be despatched?
Most of orders are despatched in 24H-48H*. When You order for example: 2 itmes and one is available in 24h and second in 10 days Your order will be split for two.
