We deliver worldwide via the Royal Mail and request a signature on delivery. All orders are sent via Royal Mail .jpg) in 48h* from payment entering.
Goods in stock ordered before 1.00 p.m. Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Goods ordered after this time will normally be dispatched the next working day.
We will notify you by email when your goods are dispatched.
Where the order or dispatch day falls on a UK public holiday it will be processed on the next working day.
We may split your order into more than one delivery but you will be charged only for one delivery.
If your item is not in stock and we are awaiting a delivery from our suppliers, you will be notified of the approximate delivery timescale and given the option to wait for the product, request a different item or cancel your order.
All our packages are packed professionally and shipped discreet in gray postal boxes or bubble envelopes, which protectsthe goods from damaging. Each package is also protected with a safe tape and the bill is included in it, apart from the orders wrapped "as a gifts".
All packages will require a signature as proof of delivery.
Please note that for delivery purposes, our return address as a E-LADY will be shown by the postage label which will enable you to identify the package.
Orders sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day (option no.3) must be placed before 1.00pm Monday-Friday to guarantee next day delivery.
